Sports outcomes can move quickly. Buying 100 Yes contracts at 40¢ costs $40 before fees. If they settle at $1, the gross profit is $60; if they settle at $0, the $40 purchase cost is lost. Trading fees reduce either result. A 40¢ price does not make the position safe: your estimate can be wrong, and an exit may fill at a worse price than the quote you saw.

A large winning trade alone may not meet profitable-day or funded consistency requirements.
